New UK Chapter – Leeds

All,

We are pleased to announce the addition of another Chapter in the UK, specifically Leeds. This is a great addition to the Neurons family and we welcome the Leeds Chapter Leader Barry Singleton.

I will be meeting Barry in person on Thursday and we will be announcing the first meeting in Leeds very soon, to align with the Leeds Digital Festival during late April.

The specific details will be announced on the Chapters website shortly, but most likely to be Tuesday 24th April (save the date).

If you are seeing this as our blog on the website, don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter (via the Join menu at the top of our site).

South Africa – Cape Town

I am very very pleased to announce the addition of a new continent to the Neurons family. It is with great pleasure I welcome South Africa and Cape Town as our very latest Chapter.

Our Chapter leader is Nick Bradshaw who is also running the first AI Expo in Africa this year, so its wonderful to be part of the growth and spread of the Artificial Intelligence community in this region of the world.

Please help us spread the word and share with your own networks to help build up this group.

More information on the first meeting will be available soon at Chapters.Neurons.AI/#Africa

The meetup group is meetup.com/Neurons-AI-South-Africa-Cape-Town

Please join me in welcoming Nick and the South African community to Neurons.

Colombia – Bogota our first New Chapter in 2018

I am pleased to announce the addition of Colombia Bogota to our family of local meetup Chapters. Our first New Chapter for 2018. Fantastic.

The group had already run a number of meetings in 2017 as an independent entity, but now they are officially part of the Neurons.AI Network, and I look forward to working with the local group to schedule more this year.

I hope this will start the growth of more chapters in LATAM.
